Order Processing & Production Timelines

  • Many items sold on Pardaze are made-to-order and require production time before shipping.
  • Estimated production and delivery timelines are listed on each product page and are provided as a guide.
  • Timelines may vary based on design complexity, materials, and artisan schedules.
  • Once an order is confirmed, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are determined by Pardaze and displayed at checkout.
  • Rates are calculated based on destination and order size.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Fulfillment & Tracking

  • Once an item has completed production, it will be shipped directly from the designer or vendor.
  • Pardaze will provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates once the order has shipped.

Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines begin after production is complete, not from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on courier services and destination.
  • Pardaze is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Pardaze is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Pardaze is not liable for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Orders returned due to failed delivery or incorrect address may incur reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify Pardaze within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Pardaze will work with the vendor and courier to review and resolve the issue.
  • Pardaze is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received.
