- Once an order is confirmed, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

- Once an item has completed production, it will be shipped directly from the designer or vendor.

- Delivery timelines begin after production is complete, not from the date of purchase.
- Shipping times may vary depending on courier services and destination.
- Pardaze is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping & Customs

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

- Orders returned due to failed delivery or incorrect address may incur reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify Pardaze within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Pardaze will work with the vendor and courier to review and resolve the issue.
- Pardaze is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received.
